Program Manager
Provides day-to-day administration and service supervision of all program activities and staff assigned to the program; complies and maintains weekly as well as monthly reports regarding program activities, statistical and tracking data for submission of them by specified deadlines. Manages and coordinates scheduling of program activities and record keeping compliance. Identifies referral sources for program; develops and manages a database of information related to individuals in the program. Minimum of Bachelors or Associates degree with a combination of acceptable training and experience homeless shelter management, clean & sober addiction, outreach or substance abuse.


Program Coordinator
Provides supervision, consultation and guidance to the residential service staff; coordinates the daily operation and activities of the appointed program and reports all infractions to the Program Manager. Identifies problem areas in program operations and recommends corrective action. Reviews case records to assess the quality and effectiveness of services and to ensure that case records comply with standards established by the contract of service or governing body (shelter intakes and support counselor files). Prepares and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by the contract, based on the established reporting systems. Supervise the scheduling of all program activities, and implementation of all treatment and programming forms.

Requirements
High School diploma or GED; and a combination of acceptable training and experience in homeless shelter management, clean/sober addiction, outreach and/or substance abuse


Client Service Supervisor
Responsible for ensuring case managers provide effective delivery of services by monitoring day-to-day functions. Responsible for conducting daily case assignments to case managers via HMIS and monitor dashboard reports for overdue functions as outlined within Office of Supportive Housing guidelines. Responsibilities include; coordinating with Residential and Supportive Services to identify resources that will assist clients with self-sufficiency addressing precipitating factors of homelessness; assisting case managers in areas of provision of services to clients such as needed referrals; conducting monthly record reviews and monitoring case manager caseloads.

Requirements
Master of Social Work degree is required with experience as a full performance level social worker; and at least two years supervisory or lead experience; and a combination of acceptable training and experience in homelessness, homeless shelter management, mental health, and addictive diseases and behavior.


Client Services Case Manager
Identify and screen prospective residents in need of alcohol or other drug-related services. Perform initial assessment of each assigned resident upon admission to residential services (including identifying physical and mental status, history of substance abuse, etc.). Develop and maintain resident case records, compile history, maintain accurate and complete documentation of service activity, interaction and progress as it occurs. Coordination of positive resident movement from shelter services with emphasis placed on the addressing core issues of homelessness, enhancing resident income status and expeditious facilitation of consumer movement from emergency shelter into appropriate housing resources that are available; responsible for meeting all internal as well as external reporting requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree; and a combination of acceptable training and experience in homelessness, homeless shelter management, mental health, and addictive diseases and behavior


Residential Aides
Responsible for monitoring resident floors, checking and securing fire doors and escape exits, touring facility during shift and documenting as required. Responsibilities include: informing Management of any unusual incidents and completing appropriate documentation; supervision of the clients in the following areas: conduct, personal hygiene, chores and compliance with the facility Rules and Regulations; completion of quality written shift, incident, and weekly reports as well as intakes, MISIL’s, medication logs and other pertinent paperwork in a timely manner; supervision of resident evening sign-in on the OSH MISIL form; supervision of client’s consumption of prescribed medications; provision of clean bed linen, towels, clothes when necessary, and toiletries as dictated by availability and needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; and a combination of acceptable training or experience in homeless shelter management, outreach or addiction treatment


Janitor/Housekeeper/Driver
Responsible for providing cleanliness inside/outside facility which includes all floors of facility and hallways; mop/scrub floors, wax/polish/dust floors and furniture, clean lavatories and replace supplies, dispose of trash, cut grass, shovel snow, move furniture and equipment, deliver supplies, run errands, serve as guard or night watchman as an incidental assignment.

Requirements
Must have high school diploma/GED in combination with an acceptable level of training and experience in maintenance performance functions along with valid driving license and clean motor vehicle record


Utility Worker
Responsible for lifting/carrying heavy crates and other containers, collection of trash removal from service area, cleaning of kitchen and dining area floors including sweeping, mopping, etc., delivering supplies and participating in inventory count of food and other food services supplies.

Requirements
Must have high school diploma/GED with at least six months of cooking experience, some knowledge of public health safety and food preparation/handling along with valid driving license and clean motor vehicle record
